Product Specifications

We supply sardines to several markets world-wide, packaged to the customer’s specifications. We offer a 4kg box of hand-laid sardines averaging 180grams and a 10kg Individual Quick Frozen (ICQ) box of large 210-gram sardines in a shatter-pack.

Our fish sizes are from 165 to 250 grams with an average of 185 grams. When packed they are consistent in size. The 10kg box has a 40 count and the 4 kg box has a 20-25 count. Fat content varies from 15% to over 25%. The fat content peaks in mid-August.
